We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in packaging all items purchased. 

General Returns (Change Of Mind)

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. A receipt of proof of purchase is required.

Refund Option: For eligible returns, you may receive a full refund or like item or like price item for exchange. Additional shipping charges will be applied.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Damaged Goods During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage in transit. If the item arrives damaged, we recommend reaching out to the carrier for next steps. We will be happy to help with this process. 

Responsibility For Damaged Items

The responsibility for the condition of the item during transit lies with the shipping carrier. As the seller, we will file insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf to recoup the loss. Your cooperation in providing necessary documentation is essential for this process.

Conditions For Damaged Item Claims

Time Limit: You must report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this time frame may not be accepted.

Required Documentation: To file an insurance claim with the carrier, we require the following from you via email to junebugsoapandcandleco.com

1- Photos of damaged item(s)

2- Photos of original internal and external packaging (e,g. box, bubble wrap, packaging)

3- Copy of the shipping label or order number and contact information.

Item Condition: The item(s) must be returned with original packaging if requested for insurance inspection. DO not discard the item or packaging until the the claim is resolved.

Resolution: Once the insurance claim is approved, we will offer a a full refund or send replacement item(s)at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping: If a return is required for the insurance claim, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exemptions

We cannot be held responsible for damages if:

1- The damage is not reported within specified time frame.

2- The required photo evidence of item(s) and packaging is not provided.

3- The item has been used or altered after delivery.

4- The damage is a result of an inherent defect in the product not caused by shipping, which  will be handled under our general return policy.
